All Dressed Up For the Playground

Edy picked this outfit herself for going to breakfast this morning. It is a little formal for the playground, but I think the fashion police will forgive it.

New Favorite Blanket

We opened a package from Grandma Marianne tonight and found that Grandma made Edy a new blanket. This is us reading stories before bed, and she has it on top of her right now as she is sleeping.

Not a Good Idea

So Edy has been sleeping in our bed these past few nights since she has been waking herself up with a hacking cough. Last night, I was setting expectations and saying:
"Tonight you are going to stay in you own bed aaalllll night. Does that sound like a good idea?"
Her reply:
"That is noottt a good idea!"

Edy and Mom Leaving

Edy was a little nervous about the train before it got moving, but Mom said she perked right up once they got going.

Dad at Home this Weekend

Mom and Edy went to Portland for the weekend to see Mom's Aunt Beverly, and Dad is by himself until Sunday at noon, and doesn't quite know what to do. He hasn't has this much alone time in a long while. Did some painting today, and some errand running, have to do some work tomorrow, but then what?
